What design services do your plans cover?
Our plans cover designs for logos and branding, brand guides, pitch decks, websites, mobile apps, wireframes, email newsletters, business cards, ad banners, packaging, signages, infographics, direct mailers, presentation slides, and more.
Some exclusions are landscaping design, interior design, architectural design, furniture design, 3D modeling, jewelry design, fashion design, game design, and industrial design.
Are there different subscription tiers?
We currently offer 2 tiers for subscription - Essential and Pro.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point in time. If you choose to upgrade your plan halfway through a cycle, your plan will be upgraded in the system within 48 hours.
However, if you are already in the middle of a cycle, downgrading of your current plan will only be applied at the start of the next cycle.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions operate on a monthly basis. For example, if your subscription starts on the 10th of this month, the last day of the plan falls on the 9th of the following month.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription at any time?
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any point in time through your user account on the Request website. Upon cancellation of your subscription, your card will not be charged from the next month onwards.
Is there a trial period for subscriptions?
There is no trial period offered on Request at the moment, but you have the option of canceling your plan at any time before it renews for the next month.
What is your refund policy?
Requests for refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. As long as you have engaged our design services and work has begun, there will be no refunds issued.
How do I access services once subscribed?
You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully subscribed to our plan. The email will contain a link to a form where you will be able to submit your design request.
Can I request for revisions to the design?
Of course! If you are not fully satisfied with the design, we’ll continue to make revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Are there limitations on the number of designs or projects I can request each month?
Once you are subscribed to any of our plans, you will be allowed to submit multiple design requests to your queue without a cap on the number of requests. Do take note that all your these will be placed in queue and designs will be delivered one at a time.
What file formats are provided in the delivered designs?
Designs will mostly be created on Figma and can be provided in PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF.
Are there restrictions on how I can use the designs created and provided to me under the subscription?
With a subscription, all designs produced by our designers under your request will belong to you. You may choose to use the designs in any way you want. Request will not be responsible for how you choose to use these designs.
